MTN Governance: A Self-Directed Organization

The MTN organizational structure is designed to be both productive and efficient for promoting organizational inquiry and responding to the changing conditions associated with implementation of the reform effort. The Governing Board receives detailed information and recommendations from MTN staff concerning project progress, problems and results. Board members respond to this information with questions and discussion tempered by their own district perspectives and experiences.
